    Refund & Cancellation Policy

    1. Purpose

    This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in handling refund and cancellation requests. It balances customer satisfaction with the need to protect WAPon from misuse or abuse of refund claims.

    2. General Principles

    • All fees paid for WAPon subscriptions, add-ons, and services are non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined below.
    • A trial period or demo is provided (if applicable) to allow customers to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan.
    • Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to verification and WAPon’s sole discretion.

    3. Refund Eligibility

    Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

    1. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges: If you are billed more than once for the same service, or if unauthorized charges are verified, a full refund will be issued.
    2. Technical Failures: If continuous technical issues prevent you from using WAPon effectively, and such issues are validated by our support team, a partial or full refund may be granted at our discretion.
    3. Unused Prepaid Wallet/Message Credits: In exceptional cases, refunds for unused prepaid credits may be considered if claimed within 6 months of non-usage.
    4. Advance Pro-rata Refunds: If services are prepaid for a future period and unused (not consumed), WAPon may process a pro-rata refund for the unused subscription period.

    4. Non-Refundable Items

    The following are strictly non-refundable:

    • One-time setup or onboarding fees.
    • Consumed or partially used services (e.g., WhatsApp credits, campaigns already executed).
    • Add-ons, integrations, or third-party service charges.
    • Services beyond the trial or demo phase, unless covered under Section 3.

    5. Cancellation Policy

    • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your WAPon account dashboard.
    • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no refunds will be provided for the remaining period.
    • Once cancelled, you will not be billed for subsequent cycles unless you resubscribe.

    6. Lifetime Deals

    • Lifetime deals are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • If a customer terminates or leaves WAPon for another provider, the lifetime deal is immediately void.
    • If the customer returns later, they must purchase a new plan at current rates.
    • Lifetime deals are not upgradable or downgradable to other lifetime deals. Customers may switch only to monthly or yearly plans if their requirements exceed their current plan.

    7. Refund Process

    To request a refund:

    1. Contact us at care@wapon.io.
    2. Provide transaction details and account information.
    3. Clearly state the reason for the refund request.
    4. Allow up to 7–10 business days for review and response.

    Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

    8. Disputes

    If you dispute a charge, you must notify WAPon within 15 days of the transaction. Beyond this period, transactions are considered final. Chargebacks raised without first contacting support may result in suspension of your account.

    9. Amendments

    WAPon reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of WAPon indicates acceptance of such changes.

    10. Governing Law

    This Policy shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR, India.
